The Vatican, as far as I know, does not have a question - answer
service like this one.  Let me answer your question about scapulars.
 
The Catholic Encyclopedia lists these approved scapulars:
1) Carmelite, 2) Sevite, 3) Trinitarian, 4) Immaculate Conception, 5)
Red Scapular of the Passion, 6) Franciscan, 7) Dominican, 8)
Mercedarian, 9) Theatine, 10) Precious Blood, 11) Camillian, 12)
Augustinian, 13) Capuchin, 14) Lazarist, 15) Black Scapular of the
Passion, 16) Benedictine, 17) St. Michael, 18) Sacred Heart of Jesus,
19) Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, 20) Immaculate Heart of Mary, 21)
Mother of Good Counsel, 22) St. Joseph, and 23) Holy Face of Jesus.
 
A person enrolled in any scapular society may wear instead a scapular
medal.  Such a medal must have the figure of Jesus on one side and
Mary on the other.
