DOWNLOAD MKC
Before you start:
MKC is unsupported, and the authors take no responsibility for any
damage or loss of data that might result from the use of this software.
They would however be very glad to hear from anyone who have experienced
such problems.
Now, for anyone who are still brave enough to go on, this is what you
need to run mkc:
- A computer.
- A java interpreter that can run class files compiled with JDK 1.02
See the JavaSoft Home Page.
- Some papers to add.
What you have to do:
- Download and install your JAVA interpreter.
- Complete the form below to download the mkc.zip class library.
NOTE: Do not unzip mkc.zip. It is a class libary and is
read in as a zip file.
- Add mkc.zip to your classpath. How to do this depends on your system,
but normally goes something like this:
UNIX (csh): setenv CLASSPATH /mkcdir/mkc.zip
WIN95 (dos window): set CLASSPATH=c:\mkcdir\mkc.zip
You will of course want to replace mkcdir with wherever
you stored the mkc.zip file.
- Now try typing
java MKC
... I bet it won't work, but atleast you
tried... Check the setup of your JAVA installation. Read the
documentation on the JavaSoft homepage, and then try again...
As a last resort you try emailing
Kaj, but I don't know if I'll be able to help.
